Be very careful of insurance quotes

I asked for quotation from King price insurance mid December and I was keen to join them after leaving my current insurance company either Jan or Feb. I gave them all my details and they explained to me that I need to go to autoglass to be covered. When I checked my bank statement 25 Jan I saw they debited R2000 on Dec and R1770 on Jan. I phoned and they promised to refund me my money but they only paid back R1770 and told me Jan I was covered partially even though I didnt go to autoglass. Since they have shown they are not trustworthy, I have decided not to join them. Fact remains they robbed me R2000 for absolute nothing
