Debit R2000 off my acc without my consent

After a year there was no activity in my credit card today 13th Jan absa decided to debit my acc without my consent, I only recieved a message that absa debited my acc
yes i still owe the credit card by why absa didnt make arrangements with me? i did go to the branch one time asking them to give me attorneys handling my acc and the staff was unable to do so, i still want to pay my credit card but not absa just going to my acc and do as they please i mean over a year i never heard from them i tried reaching them through their branch and was unsuccessfull
ive been to the branch they cant help me and have gone through card department they cant help me either, they keepon telling me to phone legal, i hold for legal departent over 30min no answer
south africa be warned if you owe absa they might come clean your acc and no one will be able to help you
