My ipad 2 which i insured via ABSA iDirect got lost after i was mugged.
I put in a claim and the claim was approved. Tha person that is working on this claim is Sithee Naidoo.
Because the invoice i sent to them did not specify ipad 2 3G they sourced out a Wifi ipad which i complained about to Annelize de Klerk who told me to get an invoice that says 3G and i did that, now they are declining my claim. I asked for the recording that i was told to get the new invoice they say it is their legal right not to give me the recording (by Sithee and Fezile Qotyana). They said they will get the recording but will not give it to me. I have been paying them R1600 per month with no issues, now they want to either give me goods i never had before or/and decline my claim.
The worse thing is when i called Sithee was accusing me of changing the invoice and not even listening to what i had to say, she didnt want to hear a thing from me, i felt like i was owing them something. All this should be avaliable to them through their recordings. I am cancelling my policy, i will not be treated like this. The proof is in their recordings which they say they will not give me. (i also have emails to prove
