II requested a quote for car insurance. Outsurance couldn't beat my current insurance quote. I forwarded my details to the person who was assisting me, she told me she had send my details to the relevant department.

I called her after a week again to get an update, she told me that my details were forwarded to the relevant department and it's been two weeks going for three weeks and still nothing.

It doesn't seem that they are very compliant with their R400 cash back promo, and are very resistant toward this refunds.
