Still haven't received my R400

Hi There,

On the 26-02-2013 (exactly a month from today) i decided to take on Outsurance to see if they could better my car insurance quote which they were not able to do. I then queried the process as to how i would receive the R400 they advertised about as they could not beat my current insurers premium. The agent told me he would send it through to the relevant department and i would be contacted which has not happened till today. i was the sent an email to access a link to input my details and upload my policy schedule for my current insurance. i accessed the link, filled in all the relevant details required and when tried submitting, the site threw out an error "Oops a system error occurred"... this happened on 3 separate attempts which was a real waste of time!!! "Lets see if they bend over backwards to sort this out".
