Cell replacement NOT within 7 working days

I am contracted to Bayport Celluar, with a BlackBerry 9320. When I received the phone I noted the G key was stuck after using it to send text messages. I tried to contact them through their customer services, then their customer web site (and eventually got to Cell C who gave me another number). I did get to speak to their customer services, after being transferred to the 4th person - Callie (who was very professional) I was advised that although it falls within the 7 working days replacement period, they will collect the phone, test it and a replacement phone will only be delivered within a period of an average of 7 days as they need to verify the fault on the phone. This results in me NOT having a phone for that period, they do not replace when they collect the phone and you have to arrange, once again to be availble for colletion, delivery (if they decide to replace the phone) and be in the unfortunate position of not having your phone for that period. I would have assumed replacement within 7 working days, is exactly that, replacing the handset within 7 days immediately upon collection if you are not happy with the phone?
