I took out a paint tech insurance from Regent last year when i bought my new Mazda 3. Just called the |Call centre yesterday morning and was promised by a "lady" consultant that she will email me details of the nearest repair centres for quotes. Up until today still no email or even call back for feedback on the process regarding the claim.
As also noted on hellopeter all the negative reviews regarding the company, I'm shock to still believe that they are still operating!! Unfortunately did not pick it up before signing the contract than i would have knowned better.
And i also suggest that new vehicle dealers stop marketing this useless products to new car buyers. This seems like a rip off. These people tend to made promises telephonic ally, just to get you of their back!!

I think my hard earned cash will be down the drain. Must we always made use of a website to get the service we deserve!!

My next potential move will be to the ombudsman for short term insurance should i still not receive fast professional assistance as it should be.

Frustrated of waiting!!!
