Refuses New Business

Well not sure if this is a Compliant or Just an Awareness :)

Yesterday i searched on Hippo. Co.za for New insurance quotes, And came across competitive quotes from the undermentioned insurance company, I thought to myself wow, This looks like a sweet deal, And decided to request more infor, A lady called me back within 20min and pleased me with the new quote comparing to my current service provider, I dediced to go with it, So i tell the lady to please send me an email copy Immediately so that i can verify all the details and accept, I call my current provider and cancel my insurance as im pleased with my new discounted premium that Regent promised to offer, Unfortunately what a disaster, I havent recieved the soft copy yet, I called regent several times yesterday, Stayed on the line for 20 min and no reponse from their call centre, Log a complaint with the customer services department and still nothing. WOW normal companies would jump for new buisness leads, I am shocked to the bone, If this is such a lengthy process to purchase new insurance, I can just imagine if i had to put in a claim, No thank you, You can keep your insurance, I have re-instated my old faithfull and happy.
