On 6 February i spoke to Kelly de Kock regarding upgrading my Savings account to Cheque account. There was information required from me because i was blacklisted, as soon as I got to my office i forwarded the information to Kelly de Kock. I have been emailing her following up on the upgrade, only then she will get me feedback that she still awaits on whoever needs to make the decision. I told her of how much i don't appreciate the fact that this was taking so long and the fact that i only got feedback when i ask, she never contacts me. Only on 4 March she told me that i did not meet the scoring requirements so the upgrade has been denied, even that i had to drag it out of her after coming back from sick leave. When asked her to explain the scoring criteria to me i got an 'OUT OF OFFICE' communicare from her. I found it strange that i was talking to her then shortly after i asked her a question that she maybe didn't feel like answering she was suddenly on leave. If this is how STD Bank treat their clients, they need to go back to the drawing board as this is UNPROFESSIONALISM at its best.
