Totally irratated!!!

Good day.
I wana know what's happening with this coz its me off. I was offered a cheque account at this bank the consultant explained to me that it would improve credit scorings and give you better interest charges on loans etc. 3 months down the line I go back for a credit card they tell me I have a bad credit scoring I ask y they tell me my cheque account went in a minus I tell them how is that possible as there's always money in my account then they my cheque card purchases don't go off immediately but after 3 days what nonsense is that y not improve your system I'm paying for this service y am I getting a bad scoring because of your negligence and slow systems. I feel like doing my banking elsewhere coz all standerd bank has caused me is trouble I can't get loans or credit anywhere which is frustrating!!!
