LGR attorneys (Threatening, Rude!)

I was retrenched last year. I have had a revolving credit load with Standard Bank. But, since my retrenchement I was unable to make further payments. And I was contacted my LGR attorneys and I explained my situation. About 3 weeks ago. I received a summons from them. I spoke to a lady and she has phoned me a couple of times from LGR, but they are very rude and threatening me. Telling me I will go to jail for a long time. And that they will come take my stuff. I live with my mother and she is a pensioner so she can't help me either. I explained to the person from LGR that I have no money to my name and no one can help me out. I can start paying when I have a job again. And I have been diligently looking for work and I have been unsuccessful.

LGR said that they will come take my belongings and as I said. I live with my mother. I don't have anything to take and I was told that they'll take my mother's stuff. They don't care. I don't have a problem paying standard bank back. But, I have no money and I am barely surviving. But, the way LGR is harassing me. Telling me the police will lock me up and take my mother's belongings isn't fair. If I have money I'll start pay SB back.
