I ordered an iphone from FNB about a month ago and am still waiting for the phone. I also completed the necessary switch forms and salary switching forms about 3 weeks ago.

I have phoned more than 10 times, calls dropped about 5 times ..Each time they tell me that the courier company will call but still nothing. I have also had emails from FNB telling me that my order is on "priority" but still no real progress. I really don't know what to do.
