I went into the Bedford Gardens branch on the 30th of January 2013 to update my cell phone number. Yesterday, a Standard Bank ATM swallows my card. I call to stop the card and fail the security questions test because Standard Bank has completely incorrect details for me, according to their consultant. I corrected a cell phone number, in branch, and now my email address, non-existent home number etc are incorrect and I have to go in again to update it. How moronic are your consultants and incompetent a bank are you to get this so wrong? Is my account and my information really safe in your hands?
