Credit card approved later rejected

It is very said that i had to open an account with Hello Peter after what I thought was a fast and good service with your bank is now turning to be a nightmare.
I did a online pre-approved loan application and was I advised on the estimated amount of money I could get from your bank. On the 28th of February 2013 I approached one of your banks in the new Mall in Soweto Diepkloof Square. I got the paper work done and I was given my card and was advised that the money will be in. When i tried using the card I then released that there was a problem. I called the call centre yesterday and i was told that my application is still waiting for Managers approval. I called the consultant (Thando) I dealt with and he put me through his manager (Lerato) who advised me that she will have result for me by close of business. I later went to the site and Lerato called my Headoffice payroll dept. to confirm other things, she advise me to contact her by 10 this morning but I am just wondering that this is now day 6 and I still can't use the card for no apparent reason. Why approve my credit card and later tell me it has been rejected. I have given you all the information and paper work required.
