I bought a vehicle Oc 2011 and added a motormend warranty to it. Early jan I started having issues with it and most were not covered by the warranty. I did not want to incur stripping/ costs that I couldn't afford to pay. As such The vehicle stood. The vehicles mileage since delivery can confirm this. Around Nov 2012 I got the vehicle running again and all was well until the gearbox packed up which I wished to claim for as it was indeed covered by the warranty.

I was told that as I had missed my annual service last year my warranty was void, but I couldn't get the car serviced as it was broken down The service consultant was very rude and condescending as well and refused to listen any further than the fact that a service had been missed. Absolutely refused to consider the circumstances behind it (for which I have proof).

The fact that the reason my claim is rejected is unrelated to the breakage and that they're effectively trying to pass the buck as such is totally unethical and extremely poor customer service, shows they're nothing but. Im on a few car clubs committees, I plan to ensure that our members are made acutely aware of my dealings with these.
