PATHETICALLY waiting for over a month for feedback

Had a car acciedent in November 2012. Person who hit into me is insured with Santam and therefore i need them to pay. Phoned them first on the 10th December. Was asked to please send an email to Jerry so that he would have my email address to send me the necessary documents. I sent it. I then phoned him to confirm that he had my email and he said he never recieved it. I sent it again and waited on the line until he confirmed that he had recieved it. He told me he would send the documnets to me now. I STILL DID NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING!! i then sent himn ANOTHER email. AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING. I HAVE NOW HAD ENOUGH. THIS SEEMED TO BE MY LAST RESORT AND MAYBE... JUST MAYBE I'LL GET SOME FLIPPEN ANSWER. NOW FURIOUS!!!
