FNB and reversal of fees charged

I have contacted the relationship managers at my local branch on 6 February 2013 via e-mail to assist with getting fees reversed.
Sandra informed me that they have sent request to the production house / head office on 11 February 2013 to assist, as this cannot be done at the branch and it takes between 2 to 3 days to be completed.
Today is the 18th of February 2013 and I am still waiting for the charges to be reversed. I have spoken to Sandra again just now and she has once again sent the request through to the production house / head office.
While my local branch have been great and always assisted me, the service experienced from head office / production house is shocking and unacceptable.
I want the all the fees reversed / refunded immediately and a written explanation when done.
