Poor Service

This is complaint that I need someone to attend ASAP. we put in a claim for my father's Survivor Plan through FNB Greytown on the 15th of October 2013. We told the issue is with TD Administrators. TD Administrators referred us to Wills and Trust in Durban I Sandra Durchand, she's been sending us from pillar to post for more than two weeks we haven't had a any thing done on this. I have personally phoned Sandra a couple of time with no she doesn't give me a proper answer. At some point she Greytown hasn't sent her the Letter of Authority. And Greytown according to Kista Govender and Bonga Nkomo they've sent these documents to her. And till no one between the three has an answer as to what is happening. This is the second time this month I have had issues with Greytown FNB and Wills and Trust. I'm starting to think that there's some taking place here if so I can tell you I've lost all faith in this bank.
