I lodged a claim with outsurance on 24 Januaury 2013. They refered me to Hofbro autobody. Hofbro could only accomodate me on 04 Feb 2013, i then to my car on the agreed date. it is now the 4th of March 2013 and i still do not have my car. Hofbro keeps giving me excuses. Now apparently the right hand door is not the same colour as the rest of the car which i know for a fact there was nothing wrong with it before! Outsurance should be following up with Hofbro but nothing is happening, i constantly have to be calling outsurance and they keep passing the buck. Who do i need to contact to get this issue sorted out because right now i do not even know why i have insurance if they cannot give me simple customer service.
