Ad service, no repsonce for a date in 3months

My vehicle was involved in an accident and the person responsible got his insurance to pay for the damages. his insurance recommended Hofbro and paid me the cash according to hofbro's quote and i called hofbro to arrange for a booking to fix my vehicle and now its 3months later and every time im told to email the quote and my details to get a date booked for my car to be fixed. hofbro should have said they not intrested in my business instead of wasting my time making promises they cant keep. and now i will take my vehicle to a reputable reliable dealer of my choice... i will never consider these guys eve
