Ok here we go.

Another headache with Dial Direct.

This month (March 2013) I noticed my policy went up by R200 for no good reason. I phoned them and asked what this was about and they told me that the policy was reviewed and that I would now have to pay the extra R200 and an additional excess of R6000 so now my excess is R9000.

This was done without informing me about it ONCE!

So hypothetically if I was in an accident today then i would have faced a R9000 excess and be without any clue as to why this has happened!

I would not recommend Dial Direct to anyone. and they have just lost a long standing client.
