Doing the right thing at SBSA is not so easy

Enver Naidoo from Crossings Nelspruit is the most unhelpfull and rude individual I have ever met!! Wanting to do the right thing and preventing my debit orders form being returned I approached my branch to ask for assistance, Tryna from the same branch is a asset to SBSA, Tryna directs me to Enver. Arriving at his desk, he doesnt make eye contact, doesnt greet. I introduce myself and get a HI out of him. I explain that I need to arrange that my debit orders go through not to incur penalty's, the awnser I get initially, NO! we dont do that. I ask him again and he ask for my ID, I give it to him and checks on my acc and again I get a NO, I cant help. Keep in mind I have made this arrangement before at the same branch a year ago. I need to get my acc in better order with the bank and thought approaching my bank to do that is the right thing to do. Thanks to Enver I have a very bad taste in my mouth from SBSA. He is RUDE, UNHELPFULL and not accomodating at all.
