PLEASE ASSIST TODAY!!

I applied for a loan yesterday, that has been approved. I was promised that the money will be in my account by no later than 12pm today. I have still not received the money or feedback after numerous calls which I've made to the branch and head office.

All they can tell me is that I just have to wait until contactables call me because they do not take incoming calls. I find this unacceptable as a promise was made to me for payment today, and now I am told that I will probably have to wait until Monday.

Please respond to me asap.
