I had taken a loan and a few months later, I was retrenched and I informed the company I owed the money to, as they have a clause in for retrenchment coverage. Well, unbeknown to me, I ended up on the ITC listings and I could not get a bank loan years after this occurrence. I was allocated to speak to Claudia Jacobs who was to work with my file. She was polite, patient, informative and incredibly professional. I was so delighted to `walk the path' with her as we started a plan to pay off the loan. I can email, call her anytime and she remains extremely professional and polite. What a gem to have in that company!
