R350 DEDUCED NOW I MUST STILL WAIT FOR REFUND

Good Day

I am extremely upset regarding the fact that when I applied to loanfinder it was literaly for them to help me find a bank that can assist me with a loan now R350 has been deducted due to a 3 in 1 package??? I would like to know why ever customer on hellopeter is complaining about the same thing as I am if things are so self explanitary on your website. I phoned last week Wednesday to cancel this stupid package which realy doesn't make sense to have as noting was done regarding in helping me get a loan. You wait along time for your call to get answered which wastes money which I don't have and then once it was cancelled on Wednesday I get to told to pbone again today which again waisted money to finaly speak to someone I have received a message to say a refund will be made but I must email the refunds department and only only on Friday a refund will be made this is insane you so quick to take the money now I must wait. I have debit orders going off and without that money you are enabling my financial situation to worsten due to the wait I find it unacceptable and would like my money just as fast as you have taken it out.
