Got car insurance & it came with a car tracker "free". Wasn't told that it was bottom of range tracker & requested upgraded to better one. Anderson told me that it will be fine & that my premium will increase. I agreed and Anderson proceeded to increase my premium & thought that was that. 1 month went by & I phoned tracking company to do a test on my unit. They informed me that I still had old tracking device installed & that it needs to be changed & only insurance company can do this. I emailed Anderson immediately about why they hadn't informed tracking company of this. 1 full week went by & still hadn't got a response, so sent an email stating how disappointed I'm at them for the level of service that they have shown to me & that I need a response from them immediately. I got a reply, not to myself but to the tracking company telling then that they need to assist me. I got a phone from the tracking company shortly afterwards and I explained the whole thing the the gentleman. He told me that it won't be a problem and tIat there will cancellation fee. Wasn't told this & waiting for response. I feel I shouldn't pay this as wasn't informed & because of bad service.
