ANGRY!! CANCELLED POLICY IS STILL DEBITED

I cancelled my policy with Outsurance in March already and I'm still being debited, how is that? I really would like my refund back... I kept sending emails to [Email Removed] and I get no response and when I did call they promised to cancel but that hasn't happened!!! Why am I being forced to a product I don't want???!
