Overpayment of debt

On checking my credit listing I found two Snyman & Partners amounts outstanding. On contacting them I was told that they did not have the one on the system and the other an amount of R497.84 was overpaid and due to me. I have received no feedback to the queries as to when I would get my money back and when will they remove my name from the transunion listing as I am desperate to clear my name and become credit worthy again.
