Between 24 September 2013 and 23 October 2013, 6 transactions went through my bank account. All of these were logged as disputes. The following transactions were resolved: 20 September 2013, 04 & 09 & 19 October 2013. However, the transactions for 24 September 2013 & 23 October 2013 have not been resolved. The Premier Banking / Solution division have only responded to my numerous emails to say that they will get back to me with feedback. This has now been going on for far too long and I feel that FNB now need to step up and provide me with the refunds that should have taken place within 30 days of my dispute being logged.
