Pathetic turnaround time

I went to the slow lounge on 2 April 2013. After the normal deduction of the fee, the credit was not received.
I emailed the premier banking division and after a very late reply (eventhough 24 hours are advertised as their turnaround time), I phoned the call centre. The person I spoke to confirmed that I do in fact meet the requirements for a free visit and that a refund will be given on the slow lounge fee. During this time, I received an email saying that I would be credited as soon as the supervisor signs off on the credit. After again wating a few days, I phoned the premier banking division once again and was told that I would be credited as soon as the supervisor approves this credit. So it's been about 2 weeks now, and I am still waiting. Do you want me as a client? I pay a premium every month to be on the platinum package and still nobody wants to give me service? Pathetic.
