ABSA internet banking is down all the time!!

I have been with ABSA for over 6 years as their so called platinum account holder.

First of all, you do not feel any special paying extra bank charges for having this account!

Secondly, ABSA internet banking is always down! Since 7am till now 10am! I could not check my balance or do any transactions! With all the sim swap with ABSA, it seems to me that your internet banking security is not up to standard. And their site crashes so often!

I have decided to close my account with ABSA. But I don't think ABSA cares!
