Debit order more than what I was quoted

I took out a Cell C data contract through FNB Connect for R99 for 2 gigabytes per month. The debit order went through as R143.70. I phoned the call centre and after 22 minutes I had to end the call as there was no answer. I want to cancel this as this deal is no longer worth my while.
