Its cheaper to give AON a miss when it comes to brokerage.
You land up having to do the bulk of the admin yourself.
If you want feedback on a claim or be updated, you have to call them.
Even then, they dodge your phone calls and ignore your emails.
They also do not care when you ask for a manager and they are satisfied with this level of customer service.
Go elsewhere, stay away from AON
