I took my car for regular service at Dodge Fourways on the 12th of September and asked that they also provide me with a trade-in valuation/quotation for the car. Dwayne took my contact number and promised to call me the next day with the quotation. After having had no feedback, I called and spoke to Johnny on the 17th and he promised to get Dwayne to call me back. Seven days and three calls later, I'm still waiting for somebody... anybody from Dodge Fourways to send me the requested quotation.
