Poor Customer Service/Incompetence

Been calling the Standard Bank general customer services (, card, Internet banking etc), the whole standard bank divisions with no one to assist.

My issue is that I keep getting sms updates on my cellphone saying that R5 airtime has been purchased for the number 0782139211. This is happening constantly and I did not authorise such a transaction because i do not need airtime. It is my understanding that If I were to purchase airtime using cellphone banking, I will have to dial *120*2345#?! Isn't so...

Your so called dept is pointing the matter to me (seems I am to blame) since I have used the number 0782139211 before, which I am no longer using... I can't be having this. Not now, not ever. Why is it simple to stop this thing on your IT systems and refund me as I have never, again AUTHORISED such a transaction.

Imagine what will happen if this doesn't stop... Just put yourself in my shoes!
