Recharged, never received airtime

Good day!

on 25 Desember 2012 i bought airtime via my standard bank internet banking like i always do, this time i never received my airtime from them. the next day i called the customer care line and the consultant said that they had problems on that day with internet banking recharges (they are welcome to check their telephone recordings as they dont believie me). the lady took my cell number and said they will contact me as soon as the problem were fixed. i still have not received that call or my airtime despite many attemps. ive started emailing them, they saying that they will need proof that the amount went off from my banking, i send them stamped bank statements, also the transaction reference number, but since ive send them their proof they wanted i have never heard of them again, i am very unhappy with this
