Worst service in the entire universe!!!

I have been with Standard bank for 6 years now and in those 6 years I have been to VARIOUS Standard Bank branches countless times (Festival Mall and Woodbridge in Kempton Park AND Greenstone in Edenvale) and I have called the customer care line a million times, ALL just to get my cellphone number changed so I can receive notifications and log into mobile banking! NOW it still has not been done! And if someone tells me one more time it is done I will get a heart attack! Now you have taken cellphone banking away and now i MUST have this cellphone App... which I have! But I can't log into it because my number can't be VALIDATED! But if I put in my OLD number it sends the OTP to my OLD number... which I DO NOT HAVE ANYMORE! Less than two months ago I went to Festival Mall AGAIN for the MILLIONTH time and they said it is fine and updated now! But let me tell you.. nothing is fine, cause I can't do any banking from my cellphone at all now! If I sit next to the road without being able to put airtime on my phone or whatever the case and I get killed or lost... I hope you have a wonderful conscious THEN! And it has been like this for 6 years now! I can't take it anymore! HELP ME!!!
