Std Bank's Instantmoney - never received vouche

I was on holiday in Natal and couldn't access my bank account, so my mother assisted by using her Standard Bank account to send me an Instantmoney voucher. During the transaction the internet connection dropped and then returned. We contacted the Instantmoney helpline as the monies went off from my mother's account but I never received an Instantmoney voucher number, and she only got the standard sms from the bank to say that a transaction had occurred. Now, despite immediately phoning and giving her cellphone number, my cellphone number and the transaction number as well as her Standard Bank account number, we now need to (AT COST) go to a Standard Bank branch and draw bankstatements and send that AT COST again to Instantmoney to verify the transaction. Why can we not just forward them an electronic proof of payment directly from the banking website or, if it's a program that Standard Bank is piloting, why can they not check directly for this transaction? It just seems a terrible inconvenience and I do not know whether I would trust this service again - after all, we stay in a country where internet access isn't always at its best everywhere. I reckon the service has a bug
