Online purchase rip off

I have been using Standard Bank's internet banking for purchasing airtime and several times I never received my airtime. I let it go at first, but this has happened too many times now. All it says is that there was an error with the transaction, but my money wasn't restored back to me. Standard bank seems to be incompetent on so many levels, I've changed banks and can't wait to have no dealings with them again.
