I am chasing up for give payment

Please could someone contact me - VIA EMAIL with regards to my loan account. I am the one that constantly tries to find out how much I must pay for the arrangement this month but it seems everyone is incapable or unwilling to assist me! I do not discuss my private financial matters over the phone while I am at work so I will not phone the collections department and I do not want them to phone me. I want someone to send me an email explaining what I need to pay this month and the breakdown of that payment. I want to have my proof of what I have been asked to pay.
