I am really disgusted in the communication form nedbank card division. I had an arrangement to pay my credit card back via debit order of R500 per month. Why was a manual debit order of R10681.96 put through on my account on the 30th November. This is on month end? Why didn't anyone communicate with me if my existing arrangement is not sufficient. I have made arrangement with other creditors to pay them and now I can't. How am I suppose to move forward if you guys don't care??? I received an sms during the course of last week reminding me of my arrangement and then you guys go ahead with OUT my authorization. Why can't you guys communicate with me??? How am I suppose to pay my other debt? You guys are putting me in a bigger financial issues. My situation has been discussed with the call centre on numerous occasions??? This is ridiculous!!! Make sure the money is transferred back into my account immediately so that I can settle my other debt as I agreed with the creditors. How am I suppose to budget and plan if you guys just go ahead and deduct money of my account!!!??? I have been banking with you guys for 12 YEARS!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!! I want my moneyt back in my acc urgently
