Never received such bad service before

I cashed out my pension fund last year.

I was taxed more that I was told I would be - supposed to be 30% I got paid out less 51%,

I have ben trying to get an answer as to why and how this has happened. I have been emailing and calling Nicholas Magasane from Retirement Fund Administrator | Liberty Corporate since LAST YEAR AUGUST and have had absolutely no response what so ever - my emails were completely ignored and when I called to speak to him he said he would send me the info but he never did.

I want to get to the bottom of this today!!!
