They are so happy to take your money, but very slow with helping you! I paid in full received my documents sent everything via email a thousand times with feedback on one document each time with a different problem. Once the documents were posted my baby was already born, then they still found errors on my documents after checking the scanned documents sent to them a million times, obviously they are all blind. I received my first payment after a lot of fighting, stress and emails and a call asking for my payment to them which I did at the beginning of all this drama. Now the end of the month has come with no payment? I emailed them with a reply of I should let them know each time of payment so they can resubmit the documents for the next payment. Their documents with explanations are complete as you come to the understanding after reading the explanation of how it works that they do everything, which is not the case because you even have to think for them. They are unprofessional and they bite of more than they can swallow. Rather do everything yourself ladies because this isn't the easy way out!
