No documents received since payment was made

I am already coing to make my second payment for this policy and still no documents has been received. I am aware that there was a post office strike but its going for two months now and still no documents. I phoned Regent to enquire and spoke to Palesa and Ruth (not sure if this was the correct name that i heard as she was vey unclear.). Palesa did promise me that she will send me info of my policy VIA email. The email address was confirmed twice by the both of us. Two days later and still nothing, not a word. If anything happens now what am i suppose to do. Where do i start. This is really not a good start to this relationship. I am thinking of cancelling this policy as this only shows signs of a bad product or staff.
