Being logged out when trying to login

I have not been able to login to internet banking since 6am Weds 5th June 2013. The logon page accepts the account number, the pin and the user. Then when I enter the letters for the password and enter 'Next', it goes to the 'You have logged off...'.
I have been in contact with 'actionline' but the problem has still not been resolved.
It is now 6.30am Thurs 6th of June 2013.
This is appalling service.
I have the finances of a college to run.
This is not the first time we have had this problem.
I think we will have to change to another bank.
