Incorrect Debit amount received via SMS

I've put my mom on the OnePlan Hospital plan. The policy takes effect as of 01-03-13. Firstly after enquirying about this I was contacted on numerous occasions by Tumi who explained everything thereafter I signed up. On Tuesday afternoon I received an SMS stating that the sum of R877 will be debited from my account. My understanding is that it will be R120 R427 (for the policy) that I am on. I contacted the CallCentre yesterday and spoke with Nokuthula, who was so unsure of her feedback to me. She said it was an error on OnePlan's side but it would be rectified. I asked for this in writing, I AM STILL WAITING ON AN EMAIL.I emailed Tumi, who contacted me and put me through to Danie again so unsure of the feedback to be provided. Danie said he will take it up with his manager and that it was an error. I asked for written confirmation again, NON RECEIVED TO DATE.For a 1st time member I am appalled at the service. If your call centre is this bad, I do not know what they are like in the case of an emergency. I WANT FEEDBACK ON MY QUERY OR ELSE I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER.Is this medical plan some kind of hoax? I work in a Call Centre environment & this service is bad, train your staff properly!!
