Thank goodness for competent staff!

In the time that I have been with Oneplan, I have had many bad experiences. Often having to speak to numerous people to help resolve a matter. When I was having trouble getting feedback on a refund that was due to me, a friend gave me Thabang's email address stating that he always gave her immediate feedback whenever she had a query. So I sent an email to Thabang and within hours my query was resolved.

While I am not sure how I feel about Oneplan in general, at least I can say that there is one staff member there willing to go the extra mile and that knows the value of good Customer Service. People like you deserves recognition for your efforts. Thank you Thabang!
