Plumbers useless! 4/5 times to fix same problem?

Geyzer burst more than a year ago, since then they have been back 4/5 times to correct a bad instalation. Their incompetance has resulted in water coming through the ceiling each time, repeatedly destroying irreplaceable books etc. We are so angry! we are considering taking legal action as this is a gross violation of our consumer rights. I have had to deal with this on behalf of my 75year old mother, enough is enough!
