Pathetic Services taking 5 years 2 assess my claim

Clearly I am being taken for an here, I will be seeking legal assistance from the Legal Aid Board, Can U really take 5 months to assess my claim. I will be coming to your offices Directly coz you are just giving me services which I am not happy with. I have never been so disgusted in my life! Santam is 10 times the better insurance experts den u will ever be! I'm so disgusted I will not leave this like this I will be exploring all avenues as U tnk I don't know what my rights are as a consumer. I will never recommend your 2 anyone! U will be seeing me on Monday! #Sis Man!
