ATM never gave me my money

I drew money from a STD BANK ATM, I received the SMS to say the money was drawn, but no money came out of the ATM.

I did however recieve a Slip to say there was a technical error.

I though to myself that STD bank will probably reverse the withdrawel, but no. Almost a week later, and the money has not been refunded.

How many times has this happened to people???

STD bank, I applied online at FNB today to switch my account. If I dont receive my cash back by friday. I am closing my account. I cannot deal with a finacial instutution that robs me. Thats not on!!
